Soul Sunday Breakfast: The morning begins with a warm and welcoming Sunday Soul Breakfast, where participants can gather, connect with one another, and nourish their souls with delicious food and meaningful conversations.
Coming Back to YOU Meditation: The Coming back to YOU meditation provides a sacred space for participants to reconnect with their true selves and tap into the infinite love and light that resides within them. This powerful meditation can help individuals to release stress, anxiety, and other negative emotions, while cultivating a deeper sense of peace and inner harmony.
Soul-Centered Readings: The Soul-Centered group readings offer a unique and personalized experience for each participant, as they receive a message that is tailored specifically for their highest good. This can come in many forms, including mediumship, psychic readings, or other intuitive insights, and can offer deep clarity, guidance, and healing.
Integration Time: Participants have the opportunity to connect with one another and share their experiences from the day so far. This time is designed to foster a sense of community and support, while also providing light refreshments and journaling prompts that can deepen the experience even further.

Dress Comfortably: Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely, sit comfortably and relax deeply.
Bring a Journal: We provide journaling prompts, but it’s always a good idea to bring your own personal journal to jot down your thoughts, feelings, and insights throughout the day.
Arrive on Time: Please arrive on time so that you can fully participate in all activities without feeling rushed or missing out on important moments.
Open Mind and Heart: Come with an open mind and an open heart, ready to explore and connect with yourself and others in a safe and supportive environment.
